Bring a brolly, bring a sun hat? Who knows. What a few days we’ve had but let’s face it our lawns, tomatoes and sweet peas will be enjoying these torrential people soaking downpours. As always, I suggest waiting it out with tea, cake and conversation at the tea house, and there’s plenty of all that.

And what a weekend we’ve got planned…Wool I Never is happening on Saturday, all those dreams of becoming a pro-knitter can now come true with our beginners knitting event. I’m keen to get stuck in, and I’m not sure whose going to be making the teas because Paul is limbering up for the big first knit. We hope to see you there.
