Just to let you know that the Tea House will be closed on Friday 10th May – Tuesday 14th May as we are having a little holiday. We hope this doesn’t affect plans too much, we’ll be back on Wednesday as usual.

The Spring Grand Sale at Sudeley
It’s here again, the Spring Grand Sale from the 25th to the 28th April at Sudeley Castle. This year hopefully the weather will behave itself and they won’t need to recruit tractors to pull cars out of the mud like last year!
Once you’ve perused, shopped and treated yourself then why not visit us for a spot of lunch or a well deserved afternoon tea. Book a table on 01242 604363 to avoid disappointment.
Happy Easter 2013
With all the marvellous excesses of Easter coming our way why not strike out into the beautiful Cotswold countryside for a gentle ramble or a full on hike. You can get information on walks in the area from Winchcombe Welcomes Walkers. Winchcombe is the ideal place to start off your walk and of course finish it. We’ll help you top off a lovely day with one of our cream teas or a warm hot cross bun.
Opening times are the same as usual. That is open all day Friday, Saturday and Monday and Sunday we’ll be closed.
To Infinity…or maybe just a new house
Hello everyone, I hope you’re managing to stay warm in this ghastly weather. Just to let you know we’ll be closed Monday and Tuesday 11th and 12th February as I’ll be moving house.
Don’t worry we’ll be back open on Wednesday.
More of the White Stuff
So…I tried getting to the tea house this morning and thought better of it. Please stay indoors, wrap up warm and if you do go out please please please take it easy on the roads and pavements around Winchcombe, I’ve already broken out my baby giraffe on ice routine this morning and wouldn’t want anyone taking a tumble.
The White Stuff
I’m afraid the Tea House will be closed today due to rather icky conditions. We’ll hopefully be back open as usual tomorrow.
A Very Happy New Year To All
I hope everyone had a great time over the festive season. Just to remind you we are closed this week as we are having a little post New Year rest before launching head first into 2013 with some exciting new changes planned. We’ll be back on Monday 7th January, see you then.
Heading towards a spiffing New Year
Hello all, I hope you had a ducky time over Christmas. We are now back and open for the week between Boxing Day and New Year. So you’ve got Saturday 29th, Sunday 30th and Monday 31st left to come get your 2012 Tea House fix before we have a little time off at the start of January.
We can either help start you off onto the good path with a green tea and a salad or we can equally ruin all attempts to be good and provide you with chocolate fudge cake and mighty marshmallow and whipped cream hot chocolates. I know which one I’m going for.
End of the World Opening Times
Please note that the predicted Mayan apocalypse on Friday 21st December does not affect our opening times. In the event that they were right after all, I think we should all meet in the pub.
Christmas Opening Times
I’ve posted the final decision on the Christmas opening times under the ‘Opening Times’ tab above. If there’s any changes this will be the first place to be updated. Give us a ring before making a special journey as weather can affect us. If it turns out anything like the picture below I’m afraid everyone at the Tea House are going to be a little stuck where they live. And short of someone lending me their huskies/snow plough the shop will not be open. Just as a heads up.
